We communicate frequently with our clients through whatever means is best for them—phone calls, in person meetings, or meetings in concert with their attorney, accountant or a trusted family member. We understand the need for frequent, clear and concise communications. In addition to direct contact with clients, we provide clients with a market commentary which is emailed three days per week. We also hold monthly webinars to provide ongoing education to our clients about the markets and about our thought process. Clients are also encouraged to contact their portfolio manager directly if they have questions about their portfolio.
In addition to our investment team, our highly service oriented administrative team is always available to answer questions or assist with administrative issues.
